The Role In this pivotal Senior Farmhand position, you will play a central role in the daily heartbeat of operations, taking lead responsibility for livestock management and critical infrastructure. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual with a genuine passion for the agricultural industry with: Proven experience managing livestock (sheep and Angus cattle). Competent in driving tractors and large farm machinery. Current car license and practical skills in fencing, irrigation, and low-stress stock handling. Ability to work autonomously with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Commitment to regenerative farming practices and continuous improvement.
